Pharmacognosy serves as a practical application within the realm of science, focusing on the comprehensive examination of crude drugs sourced from natural origins. The Pharmacognosy laboratory is adorned with charts, along with a collection of many different crude drugs. The department oversees the maintenance of three Medicinal Plant Gardens namely Charak Vatika, Shushruta Vatika and Navgraha Vatika.
