Library Rules
- Every reader must carry and produce a valid College Identity Card while entering the library.
- Library Membership Card is non-transferable.
- Silence must be maintained in the library at all times.
- Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode. Phone calls are not permitted inside the library.
- Eating, drinking, smoking, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited.
- Bags, umbrellas, helmets, and other personal belongings should be kept in the baggage rack. The library is not responsible for any loss or damage.
- Students may borrow up to three books for a period of 15 days.
- Books must be returned or renewed on or before the due date.
- Borrowers are responsible for the books issued in their name until they are returned.
- Readers should check the condition of books before borrowing and report any damage to the library staff immediately.
- Writing, underlining, highlighting, folding pages, or damaging library materials is strictly prohibited.
- Reference books, journals, newspapers, magazines, dissertations, and project reports are for Library Use Only.
- Library furniture, computers, and other equipment should be used carefully and responsibly.
- Seats in the reading room cannot be reserved. Personal belongings should not be left unattended.
- The library reserves the right to recall any issued book whenever necessary.
- Users must follow the instructions of the Library Staff at all times.
- Any misuse of library resources or violation of library rules may result in suspension of library membership and disciplinary action by the Institute.
